Steel Technologies is a metals processing company with locations across North America. As Marketing Specialist, I lead the creation of brand standards and the redevelopment of our website. In addition, I connect with department leaders across the organization to create external and internal communications. Alongside these efforts, I manage the company’s social media presence independently, leading content creation, strategic planning, performance tracking and more.

Supporting Heroes Golf Outing


On September 9th, Steel Technologies hosted the 15th Annual Golf Outing at Hurstbourne Country Club, raising over $250,000 for Supporting Heroes.

Social Media Accounts & Analytics


At Steel Technologies, we are committed to data-driven growth strategies for social media. Through compelling content and analytics, we’ve achieved measurable success—including a 148% increase in Facebook reshares and a 791% increase on LinkedIn—strengthening brand resonance both internally and across the industry.

National Sales Meeting


In addition to leading brand management and web development initiatives, I collaborate with department leaders to create engaging materials. I bring numbers, data, and business concepts to life with storytelling and design.

  • Our Sales Team needed a comprehensive strategy to effectively target current, future, and potential customers. During our 2024 Spring Sales Meeting, each team member completed a Core Selling Bullseye (pictured above). This tool enables our team to easily identify core customers and determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each customer.

  • Later, we challenged our teammates to use their customer insights to create a Core Selling Bullseye for each region. We divided them into regional groups and had them collaborate on completing a life-sized Core Selling Bullseye.

  • Initiatives like these require follow-up to ensure lasting impact. I digitized the life-sized posters, providing our entire organization with a comprehensive view of our customers and their influence on our business. Additionally, we distributed keychains to each teammate, serving as a constant reminder that this information is readily accessible and encouraging them to always consider their core customers.
