In my role as Marketing Specialist, I serve as the lead marketing professional—driving brand development, leading website redevelopment, and establishing scalable marketing standards across 30+ locations. I partner closely with department leaders to deliver cohesive internal and external communications. I lead the execution of the company’s social media strategy, including content creation and performance analysis.
Branding Standards and Guidelines
In 2024, I led Steel Technologies’ first comprehensive brand standards and guidelines following the company’s acquisition and organizational restructuring. I conducted 40+ stakeholder interviews with leadership, teammates, customers, and suppliers, alongside competitive and industry research. I defined the company’s brand positioning, persona, expression, and more. Using this structured framework, I translated the strategy into consistent messaging, tone, and visual elements. After executive approval, the new standards were rolled out organization-wide. The refreshed brand provided teams and departments with clear visual guidelines and a scalable foundation to support future growth.
