A competitive creative training program by The One Club for Creativity, designed for the next generation of top creators in advertising and branded content. Developed in partnership with TikTok, the program pairs participants with top industry professionals—including creative directors, copywriters, and strategists—to solve seven real-world client briefs from major brands.

Participants create campaigns and content to solve real challenges for actual clients, gaining hands-on experience while building a professional portfolio. Throughout the course, participants partner with leading brands and agencies including Betty, CLYNDR, and more.
